This months does not go well for my friends...Example: getting sick & etc....Anyway,hope everyone get well soon so we can go out again lyk last time.. ^^

This week was a tired week for mi..But manage to "survive"..Ohya,got a photocopied of my personality results.Tt time i post is jus the bullet point..

How would the candidate fit into work and with the people around?

Putting in a lot of effort to meet the demands of work is not Mr Yan's preference.He does not like to rush around doing things and may feel demotivated if work constantly encroaches on his personal life.Although he does not like excessive work demands,Mr Yan may still be prepared to put in extra effort if it is on a short term basis.

Mr Yan is relatively dependable to deliver results on time.He may sometimes be late for meeting deadlines.

Mr Yan persists with a task util it is completed.Determination,commitment and perseverance are his strength;hence he can be depended upon to meet work obligations.Mr Yan is suitable for long - term projects because he is sufficiently focused to see them through completion.

Mr Yan is able to produce work that is moderately high in quality but he may at times be careless.

Mr Yan is generally objective but may at times be emotional.

Mr Yan is sympathetic and considerate towards others.he is also like to be tolerant,understanding and forgiving.Mr Yan lends support and offers help readily.He often lends a listening ear to others and concerned about their welfare.He also be charitable.
